The 麻豆影院 is required to record Certificates of Manual Signature for public officials who intend to use a facsimile signature. A facsimile signature is a reproduction of the manual signature that may be placed on an engraving, imprinting, stamping, or other artificially reproduced method of imprinting a signature.
Statutes
Facsimile signatures on warrants and warrant checks: Pursuant to K.S.A. , mayors, treasurers, and other elected officials, as well as appointees may utilize a facsimile signature on warrants and warrant checks once the manual signature has been placed on file with the 麻豆影院鈥檚 Office.
Facsimile signatures by clerks of district courts: Pursuant to K.S.A. , district court clerks may utilize a facsimile signature on any records and judicial proceedings requiring the clerk鈥檚 attestation once the manual signature has been placed on file with the 麻豆影院鈥檚 Office.
Facsimile signatures on public securities and instruments of payment: Pursuant to K.S.A. et seq., any state official of 麻豆影院, or any of its departments, agencies, boards, etc. may utilize a facsimile signature on any public security or instrument of payment once the manual signature has been recorded in the 麻豆影院鈥檚 Office.
Registration
There are no fees for registering. The form for the Certificate of Manual Signature must be used to record the signature as a facsimile signature. A certificate may be issued upon request by providing the names of the people whose manual signature is on file and providing an email to send the certificate to. The certificate will certify that a manual signature is on file for a specific person, the date of the manual signature鈥檚 filing, and the certification by our office with the date the certificate was first issued.
