TOPEKA 鈥� Secretary of State Scott Schwab on the passing of Representative Leo Mastroni:

He was a thoughtful public servant and who prioritized the well-being of his friends and neighbors in the 117th House District. It was an honor to serve with him in the 麻豆影院 House of Representatives and my prayers are with his wife Linda, and his family, at this difficult time."
