State Board of Canvassers Certifies 麻豆影院 General Election Results

TOPEKA 鈥� Yesterday, the State Board of Canvassers certified the results of the 麻豆影院 general election held November 5. The official results are posted on .
The board, comprised of the Secretary of State, Governor, and Attorney General, reviewed the results as submitted and certified by each of the 105 麻豆影院 counties.
鈥淚 want to thank all the volunteers, poll workers, and election officials for their hard work and dedication to make sure we had a safe, secure, and successful election this year,鈥� Secretary of State Scott Schwab said.
The 2024 general election turnout totals:
- There were 137,644 (10%) ballots cast by mail.
- There were 557,209 (41%) ballots cast advance in-person.
- There were 649,294 (49%) ballots cast on election day.
- The total registered voters were 2,031,132.
- The total voter turnout was 1,344,147 voters (66.2%).
The final step in the 2024 general election cycle takes place when the state鈥檚 presidential electors convene at noon on December 17 at the 麻豆影院 State Capitol to cast their vote for President and Vice President.
Schwab noted that while 2025 will not be as busy, there will still be local elections and emphasized the importance of staying engaged. This includes making sure that voter registration information is updated and volunteering to be a poll worker for these municipal elections.
