(c) For this game, a play/prize symbol shall appear in 96 play spots within the play area or areas.
(d) The ticket numbers in each book of tickets in this game shall start with 000 and end with 029.
(e) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $10.00 each.
(f) 鈥淓lectric 8s Super Ticket鈥 is a symbol match game with an instant reveal, eight bonus areas, and a multiplier feature. The player will scratch the play area to reveal 40 symbols with a prize amount to the side of each symbol. If the player reveals an 鈥8鈥 symbol, the player wins the prize amount shown to the side of that symbol. If the player reveals a 鈥5X鈥 symbol, the player wins five times the prize amount shown to the side of that symbol. If the player reveals a 鈥10X鈥 symbol, the player wins 10 times the prize amount shown to the side of that symbol. If the player reveals a 鈥渕oneybag鈥 symbol, the player wins $100 instantly. The ticket will also have eight bonus play areas: three 鈥$25 BONUS,鈥 three 鈥$50 BONUS鈥 and two 鈥$100 BONUS.鈥 The player will scratch all bonus areas. If the player reveals two matching symbols in the same bonus area, the player automatically wins the prize shown for that area.
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to 48 times.
(h) Approximately 720,000 tickets shall be ordered initially for this instant game. Additional ticket orders shall have the same prize structure, the same number of prizes per prize pool of 120,000 tickets, and the same odds as were contained in the initial ticket order.

111-5-248. 鈥淐a$h 4 U from 2by2鈥 Promotion. (a) The 麻豆影院 lottery may conduct a promotion entitled 鈥淐a$h 4 U from 2by2鈥 awarding seven cash prizes. Entries into the drawing will be accepted beginning at 12:00 a.m. on May 2, 2022 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on June 26, 2022. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on June 30, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) The specific ticket eligible for entry into this drawing shall be winning or non-winning 麻豆影院 Lottery 2by2 tickets purchased between 4:00 a.m. on May 1, 2022 and 2:59 a.m. on June 26, 2022.
(c) Only registered 麻豆影院 Lottery PlayOn (鈥淧layOn鈥) members may enter the drawings. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn. The player may enter the required data from the entry ticket manually for entry into the drawing. If the player does not enter the ticket data manually, the player may scan, if available, the ticket to enter data to be used for entry into the drawing using a mobile device and a downloaded 麻豆影院 Lottery PlayOn app. After the ticket data is successfully entered either manually or scanned using an app, the player will receive one entry per dollar based on the cost of the ticket. (d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. The seven players selected will each receive $5,000 cash.

Article 19.鈥擲PECIFIC PLAYER LOYALTY CLUB RULES
111-19-2a. Reactivation Campaign Quarterly drawings. (a) The 麻豆影院 Lottery may conduct a player loyalty club drawing entitled 鈥淩eactivation Campaign Quarterly drawing.鈥 PlayOn members who have not submitted a ticket, earned points, or redeemed points with the PlayOn program in the last 3 months, and have not participated in a previous reactivation campaign during the calendar year, will be eligible to enter the drawing for a $500 cash prize. Members eligible to enter will be notified via email of the campaign, prize and deadline for the campaign. Members must have opted in to receive marketing emails from the program in order to be notified of their eligibility.
(b) The 麻豆影院 lottery will begin accepting entries for each drawing beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the 15th calendar day of the final month of that quarter, through 11:59 p.m. on the last calendar day of that quarter. For the purposes of this regulation, those months for each quarter shall be:

Drawings will be conducted within five days following the close of the entry period for each drawing at which time five winners will be announced.
(c) Only registered PlayOn members who meet the eligibility requirements in paragraph (a) may enter the quarterly player loyalty club drawings. Entries shall not be accepted which are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.
(d) An eligible member will receive an entry into the promotional drawing by entering any ticket into PlayOn during the entry period. Only the first ticket submission during this period will warrant an entry. Members may only win one prize per calendar year.
(e) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed.
(f) The notification of winners in each drawing will be via email to the winners and will not be published on kslottery.com or within PlayOn. An email will be sent to the winner鈥檚 email address listed in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail. Winners must return the completed claim form, electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the 麻豆影院 Lottery claims center. The winner shall claim the prize within 10 days from the date the email notification is sent or the person will no longer be eligible for the prize and the prize will be given to the following alternate. The 麻豆影院 lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(g) The 麻豆影院 lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
(h) By entering the drawing(s), entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.

The 麻豆影院 lottery will accept entries into the drawing beginning at 12:01 a.m. on May 2, 2022. Entry deadline into the drawing is noon on August 7, 2022. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on August 11, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) Only registered 麻豆影院 Lottery PlayOn (鈥淧layOn鈥) members may enter the drawings. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn. The 麻豆影院 lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(c) A total of 277 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once in the drawing.
(d) In the drawing, the ten winners drawn will each receive: One State of 麻豆影院 resident lifetime hunting and fishing combination license, as offered by the 麻豆影院 Department of Wildlife and Parks; $300 cash; and state and federal mandatory income withholding taxes paid by the 麻豆影院 Lottery. Each prize is valued at approximately $1,778.16.
(e) A player may enter the drawing as many times as his or her points allow, but may win only one prize package in this drawing.
(f) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except that in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the 10 winners to return their claim forms shall be business days and commence with the date of the announcement of the winners.
(g) Once a completed claim form is received by the Lottery, the 麻豆影院 Lottery will mail the winner a 麻豆影院 resident lifetime hunting and fishing combination license application, which must be completed by the winner and received by the 麻豆影院 Department of Wildlife and Parks within 30 days of the date the application is mailed to the winner. If the application is not received within 30 days, or if 麻豆影院 Department of Wildlife and Parks determined the winner is not eligible under state law to receive the license and, therefore, does not grant the winner a license, the original winner shall retain the $300 portion of the prize and the license portion of the prize will be forfeited. Each player who chooses to enter the drawing is responsible for determining if the player is eligible to hold a 麻豆影院 resident lifetime hunting and fishing combination license.
(h) Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The 麻豆影院 Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
(i) By entering the promotion, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.
