(Editor’s Note: The following regulation was inadvertently omitted from the June 16, 2022 publication of the Lottery regulations approved at the May 11, 2022 �鶹ӰԺ Lottery Commission meeting.)

Article 501.—SOUTH CENTRAL GAMING ZONE

111-501-122. Name of the game; rules and regulations. The �鶹ӰԺ lottery shall conduct a lottery facility game at the �鶹ӰԺ Star Casino in Mulvane, �鶹ӰԺ, entitled “Top 3” or “TriLux Super 3.”

The rules and regulations for the game of “Top 3” or “TriLux Super 3” are contained in K.A.R. 111-501-122 through 111-501-127, and applicable generic rules are contained in K.A.R. 111-201-1 et seq. (Authorized by K.S.A. 74-8710 and 74-8748; implementing K.S.A. 74-8710; effective, T-111-3-31-16, Feb. 10, 2016; amended, T-111-6-1-22, May 11, 2022.)
