The 麻豆影院 Department for Aging and Disability Services, Behavioral Health Commission and the 麻豆影院 Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF), is amending the 麻豆影院 Medicaid State Plan to allow LMHP visits in nursing facilities as defined in the state plan.
The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is January 1, 2023.
