The 麻豆影院 Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the 麻豆影院 Medicaid State Plan. In response to guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding Attachment 7.7-A, Vaccine and Vaccine Administration at Section 1905(a)(4)(E) of the Social Security Act, the COVID-19 EPSDT vaccine counseling needs to be revised to include COVID-19 EPSDT stand-alone vaccine counseling.
The effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is March 11, 2021.
