Notice of Subrecipient Expression of Interest Proposals
The 麻豆影院 Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) is requesting expression of interest (EOI) proposals from interested parties to serve as a subrecipient and administer services under KHRC鈥檚 麻豆影院 Weatherization Assistance Program (KWAP). Prospective subrecipient(s) will have a territorial coverage of Shawnee, Jackson, Nemaha, Jefferson, Leavenworth, Atchison, Brown, and Doniphan counties. This territory could potentially be split between two or more subrecipients, including existing subrecipients.
Funding for the KWAP comes from the federal Department of Energy (DOE) grant, the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) Weatherization grant, and is combined with additional federal, state, local, and utility funding as available. All combined, PY2022 funding for the 8-county territory exceeds $900,000 dollars and future growth is anticipated.
