Authorizing Expenditure of Federal Fund
By virtue of the authority vested in the Governor as the head of the Executive Branch of the State of 麻豆影院, the following transactions are hereby authorized:
Pursuant to the authority of the Chief Justice of the Judiciary to receive and expend federal funds, and pursuant to the authority granted the Governor by Section 196 of Chapter 81 of The 2022 Session Laws of 麻豆影院, approval is hereby granted to the Judicial Branch for expenditure in FY 2023 of monies in the federal fund entitled 鈥淛ustice Reinvestment Initiative Fund.鈥
Pursuant to the authority of the Secretary of the 麻豆影院 Department for Aging and Disability Services to receive and expend federal funds, and pursuant to the authority granted the Governor by Section 196 of Chapter 81 of The 2022 Session Laws of 麻豆影院, approval is hereby granted to the 麻豆影院 Department for Aging and Disability Services for expenditure in FY 2023 of monies in the federal fund entitled 鈥溌槎褂霸 Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Planning Grant Fund.鈥
Pursuant to the authority of the Secretary of the 麻豆影院 Department of Health and Environment to receive and expend federal funds, and pursuant to the authority granted the Governor by Section 196 of Chapter 81 of The 2022 Session Laws of 麻豆影院, approval is hereby granted to the 麻豆影院 Department of Health and Environment for expenditure in FY 2023 of monies in the federal fund entitled the 鈥淧lant and Animal Disease, Pest Control, and Animal Care Fund.鈥
I have conferred with the Director of the Budget and members of my staff, and I have determined that the guidelines set forth in KSA 75-3711 and 75-3711c have been applied and that none of the foregoing actions exceeds the limitations contained therein.
