Public Notice

The �鶹ӰԺ Department of Wildlife and Parks has reached an agreement for the purchase of a tract of land in Sherman County, �鶹ӰԺ. The parcel consists of 157.5 acres, more or less, as follows: West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Ten (10) South, Range Forty (40) West of the 6th P.M., Sherman County, �鶹ӰԺ and East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 NW1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Ten (10) South, Range Forty (40) West of the 6th P.M., Sherman County, �鶹ӰԺ. The total purchase price is $350,000. This tract shall be managed as part of the �鶹ӰԺ Department of Wildlife and Parks Public Lands Division and will remain on the county’s tax rolls.
