Notice of Intent to Seek Private Placement General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) of Shawnee County, �鶹ӰԺ, (the “County”), intends to seek a private placement of the above referenced bonds. The maximum aggregate principal amount of bonds shall not exceed $2,000,000. The proposed sale of the bonds is in all respects subject to the Board passing and approving a resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds, the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement relating to the bonds and execution and delivery of all other documents necessary to deliver the bonds and receive payment therefore.
