House Bill No. 2729
An Act concerning abortion; relating to the woman鈥檚-right-to-know act; requiring the 麻豆影院 department of health and environment to provide certain forms and notices to physicians; amending K.S.A. 65-6709 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 65-6716 and repealing the existing sections.
Message to the Legislature of the State of 麻豆影院
This bill requires the state to put false medical information out that has no scientific basis and only serves to mislead women. Kansans have made it clear that they want the government to stay out of women鈥檚 private health care decisions. This bill does the opposite.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 2, Section 14(a) of the Constitution of the State of 麻豆影院, I hereby veto House Bill 2729.
